We work with you to delineate roles and expectations governing and regulating the client consultant contract, the brief also goes on to define the deliverables that can be expected from the contracted exercise, as well as a way to evaluate it after the intervention. |

The brief, generated jointly with the client forms the basis of designing specific interventions to respond to the existing needs. All interventions use applied behavourial sciences and lead to designing new actions in the organisation. These new actions create the changes that were envisioned in the brief. |

The exercise is evaluated at appropriate junctures, using criteria set forth in the brief. These may be in the form before-after studies, surveys and anecdotes. |
