 An MBA by qualification, Nayana is a trained process worker and Behavioral Science Consultant to organizations and academic institutions. She is also pursuing her PhD on Developing a Framework to assess Institution Building processes in Indian Organizations. Currently she is the centre head for Manthan Centre for Human Development, Ahmedabad. In 20 years of her work experience she has worked with Gujarat State Finance Corporation, IIM – Ahmedabad. As a consultant she has worked with over 40 Indian Organizations of varying size and industry types.
She is attached with NID, Darpana, Nirma and AMA in various capacities. She is also a Visiting Faculty teaching in the areas of Managerial Communication and Soft Skill Courses. She is a student Counselor at IIM - Ahmedabad, Fellow at Sumedhas Academy for Human Context and core member for Indian Academy for Organization Development – Sumedhas.
Her expertise is in the areas of psychometric assessment, competency mapping, laboratory training, organizational diagnosis and Counseling.
Having traveled extensively she is also interested in creative fields like classical dance, music and theatre. |
