Arun Nabar, Senior Consultant |
 He has undertaken qualitative organizational health assessments followed by Organization Development workshops. He has also helped in Team formation and Team Building exercises for enhancing effectiveness, using both indoors workshop methodology and outward-bound program. Arun graduated with honors, as a mechanical engineer from Mumbai University in 1974 and acquired Post graduate qualifications in Training and Development from ISTD and Human Resource Management from IGNOU. He is a fellow – professional member of “Sumedhas – Academy for Human Context”.
He has designed and conducted a Development Center for star performers of a financial consulting organization. Arun has been consulted by organizations in various sectors like engineering, chemical, pharma, automobile, IT & ITES, Telecom, financial services, consulting firms, sugar, bio-tech, polymer, health services and PSUs, and has worked with all levels of management. In his industrial experience of over 25 years has held responsible positions in organizations of repute. The responsibilities in initial career were in operations – production, quality and later in HRM, Training and OD. He shifted to HRM when with Gabriel India Ltd in 1988. He moved to Mahindra and Mahindra – Tractor Division in 1995 and his last assignment was as Head – Training and OD.
He is a visiting faculty since 1999-2000, in areas of HRM, Organizational Behavior, OD and Change at Narsee Monji Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has been on interview panels for National Institute of Design, A’bad and as a core faculty conducted Personal Growth labs for students of MICA- Ahmedabad and NMIMS – Mumbai |
